Important Weather Update J&K – Met Predicted for next 24 hours
Mainly dry, Cloudy weather with Wind Rain in some parts of J&K, Ladakh today: MeT
While the weather remained dry in J&K and Ladakh on Friday, Meteorological (MeT) department forecast has said that dry weather with cloudy and wind sky in the two union territories is likely to continue on Saturday. “Weather is likely to remain dry and coudy with clear sky in J&K and Ladakh during the next 24 hours”, MeT department forecast said.
Meanwhile, Srinagar had 9.3, Pahalgam 3.6and Gulmarg 4.2 degrees Celsius as the minimum temperature. Drass town in Ladakh region had minus 1.9, Leh 3.1 and Kargil 1.9 as the night’s lowest temperature. Jammu had 19.6, Katra 19.9, Batote 13.8, Banihal 10.0 and Bhaderwah 10. as the minimum temperature.
As per the sources mostly the sky will remain cloudy but in most places, there will be moderate wind and light rain with thunder. As per the MeT department, there are fewer chances for heavy rain till the next 05 days.
